Requirements for filling medical oxygen cylinders: The general requirements shall comply with the relevant provisions in the "Gas Cylinder Safety Supervision Regulations" and the GB8982-88 "Medical Oxygen" national standard, and the specific requirements:

1. The inner surface of the cylinder should be smooth, without rust, scale and other mechanical impurities;

2. The inner surface of the cylinder is dried without moisture;

3. The outer surface of the cylinder is sky blue lacquer, the black word mark of "medical oxygen" is clear, and the Red Cross sign is sprayed. The outer surface should be kept clean and clean without pollution;

4. Cylinder safety accessories, shockproof apron, fixed bottle cap should be equipped;

5. Cylinder oxygen valve requirements no air leakage, no pollution;

6. After oxygenation, the bottle valve mouth should wear a material pressure cap to prevent valve mouth pollution;

7. Medical oxygen cylinders should be special bottles, and should not be mixed with industrial oxygen cylinders.
