Product Description

1. Instructions for Use

In the process of use, do not use the hydrogen chloride pressure reducing valve as a switch, the cylinder valve is the control switch. After use, it is best to keep the pressure reducing valve in a closed state, prohibit disassembly, so that the pressure reducing valve is at positive pressure. If disassembly is required, purge with nitrogen after disassembly. When purging, open the pressure reducing valve, and purge with high purity nitrogen from the intake end. The purging time is more than 10 minutes, and the two ends are sealed and stored with plastic sealing film after purging. It must be kept tightly, otherwise there will still be corrosion after contact with air.

Due to the strong adsorption of hydrogen chloride, which is also water absorption, hydrogen chloride gas will generate hydrochloric acid after absorbing water in the air, hydrochloric acid will be attached to the internal components of the pressure reducing valve and the pipe wall of the pressure reducing valve, which will corrode the internal components of the pressure reducing valve, resulting in the failure or failure of the pressure reducing valve.

Adjust the appropriate pressure according to the size of the inlet and outlet volume, the two pressure gauges of the pressure reducing valve, the high pressure meter shows the intake pressure, the low pressure meter shows the gas pressure, the need to be equipped with a suitable pressure gauge, otherwise the pressure exceeds the range, resulting in damage to the pressure gauge. When opening the cylinder valve, open it slowly to avoid the impact of high pressure gas on the pressure reducing valve. Before the gas enters the pressure reducing valve, ensure that the pressure handle of the pressure reducing valve is completely loosened. Otherwise, the pressure at the moment of ventilation may cause damage to the diaphragm and the failure of the pressure reducing valve. It is strictly prohibited to use other gases outside the regulations. The use place should be fully ventilated to prevent oil, grease or dust from entering the inside of the pressure reducing valve. During use, abnormal vibration, jamming, noise or pressure rise should be stopped immediately.
