Application

Mainly used as fuel, solvent, refrigerant and organic synthesis raw material. Used as standard gas and preparation of special standard mixture.

N-butane is a colorless narcotic gas with natural gas odor at room temperature and pressure. Very easy to burn. Can form explosive mixture with air. Mainly used in organic synthesis and ethylene manufacturing, fuel, solvent, refrigerant, standard gas, calibration gas, smoke injection agent, standard vapor pressure type pressure gauge, ionization particle counter.

Notes

Bottled gas products for high pressure filled gas, use should be reduced pressure before use. All the packaged gas cylinders have the service life, and the expired gas cylinders must be sent to the department for safety inspection before they can continue to use. When each bottle of gas is used to the exhaust gas, the residual pressure in the bottle should be kept at 0.5Pa, and the minimum residual pressure should not be less than 0.25MPa. The bottle valve should be closed to ensure the quality and safety of gas. Bottled gas products should be stacked up in classification during transportation, storage and use. It is strictly forbidden to stack combustible gas and combustion-supporting gas together, not close to open fire and heat source, not close to fire, not contaminated with oil wax, not exposed to the sunlight, not re-thrown, not hit, not arc ignition or arc on the gas cylinder, and not brutal handling.
